Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what information about users the aisdlc.tech website (the “Site”) receives, and how it is used and protected. The Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”, and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation.

The operator that organises and carries out data processing is Marat Rashidovich Gizatulin, an individual applying the special tax regime “Professional Income Tax” (self-employed), TIN 780230978940, address for correspondence: Leningrad Region, Lomonosovsky District, DNP Lesnaya Privilegiya, house 181 (the “Operator”). 2. What data we collect

• Data you voluntarily provide in request forms: name, company name, email address, phone number, purpose of the enquiry and any other information you share.
• Technical data transmitted automatically by your browser: IP address, browser and operating-system type and version, activity on the Site, date and time of access, and referral source (referrer).
• Cookies and identifiers used for the Site’s operation and analytics (see the “Cookies” section).

3. Purposes of collecting information

• Processing requests, providing feedback and consulting about products and services;
• Concluding and performing contracts, providing demonstrations and commercial offers;
• Improving the Site, analysing traffic and usability;
• Informing you about products, services and materials, subject to your consent;
• Complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out on the basis of the user’s consent, as well as in cases provided for by Part 1, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ (including performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, and pursuit of the Operator’s legitimate interests provided the subject’s rights are respected).

5. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for the correct operation of the interface (for example, remembering the selected theme and language) and to collect anonymised visit statistics. When you first visit the Site, a consent banner is shown; by accepting it or continuing to use the Site you agree to the use of non-essential cookies. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, although this may limit the Site’s functionality. Third-party web-analytics services processing data on servers located in the Russian Federation may be used.

6. Transfer of data to third parties

The Operator does not sell or disclose data to third parties, except: with your consent; when engaging contractors to process data on the Operator’s instructions subject to confidentiality and the requirements of 152-FZ; and in cases directly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation (upon a lawful request from authorised bodies).

7. Storage and protection

Recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification and retrieval of the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located within the territory of the Russian Federation (Part 5, Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking and other unlawful actions.

8. User rights

• Receive information about the processing of your data;
• Demand clarification, blocking or destruction of data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time;
• Appeal the Operator’s actions or inaction to Roskomnadzor or in court.

9. Changes to the Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
